DJ Septik, is a Brussels-based artist and music producer specializing in Reggae and Dancehall. He started his career as a DJ over 15 years ago.
In 2015, he dedicated himself to music production, initially with his group BSSMNT, known for their track featuring Lous & The Yakusa. A year later, he was credited for a Grammy Award win, having collaborated with the American duo Diplo & Skrillex on the album "Jack Ü", which was awarded Best Electronic Album of the Year.
Following that, Septik worked with prominent artists from the international scene, such as Walshy Fire from the group Major Lazer, and Busy Signal, the artist behind the hit "Bumaye."
In 2019, Septik decided to go to Kingston, Jamaica, to produce his first EP album titled "Septik." It was released in March 2020 and has garnered over 1,800,000 streams on the Spotify platform to date.
